NBATV Kings vs Lakers Game 4 - 2002

For those of us with Directv or NBATV at 11 A.M. and 5:00 PM they are showing the 2002 WCF game 4 between the Kings and Lakers. Of course the Lakers won that game because they would never show a game where the Kings won. Alternatively they could have chosen game 6 where the Lakers won but for some reason they don't.... I can't imagine why though.

Thought I would let everyone know just in case some of us would like to be reminded of what was.

Reminded of what was? Samaki Walker being granted three points after the buzzer to end the first half? Robert Horry's dagger to the heart of Kings fans at the end of the game? I'd rather have my fingernails set on fire and ripped out with pliers than ever watch that game again...

just a little tidbit, all of the 2002 series is on youtube in sequential parts, including game 3

I'm not talking about the bad things... remember the good things! :)

I still cannot bear to watch it all happen again. I prefer to not even think about it, as much as is possible.

I'll remember the good things about the regular season and the playoffs but NOT the WCF. There were simply too many instances where my heart was ripped out of my chest and stomped on to make it worth the agony.

Never in a million years would i want to relive what happened. Id rather have bamboo shoots shoved under my fingernails.

Yeah... i get where your coming from. I was like 10 at the time and I couldn't understand what was going on... I cried everytime the Kings lost and was depressed for about a month after the series ended. The worst part of it is how many chances we had to win... if they didn't count that walker 3, or if Horry's shot would have been an inch off... I can understand why some of you don't want to watch it.

And that's not even mentioning the obnoxious, rude and destructive Laker fans we had to put up with. Loyal Kings fans had their cars vandalized in the Arco parking lot simply because they sported Kings banners or decals, etc.
