I think Durant will shine on the big stage. I think Westbrook and Harden will prove to be too much for the Heat to stop. I think the Thunder have too much of a supporting cast (Thabo, Perkins, Fisher, and then some) for the Heat to conquer.

I can't stand the heat and their bandwagon fans. The worst fans in the league. With that said, it pains me to say the heat will take the trophy. OKC will wilt under the finals pressure.

i want OKC to win but i think the heat will win. the simple fact that OKC doesn't have low post scoring. they have defensive players. theres only 6 fouls for each perk, ibaka and collison.

I called OKC winning it all before the post season. I think Thunder will take it in 6. Theres great matchup in this series. Durant vs Lebron, Harden/Thabo vs Wade, Bosh Vs Ibaka, I think the deciding factor will be Westbrook vs Chalmers. OKC has quite a big advantage in that matchup.
We will probably see alot of small ball lineups like this. Chalmers-Wade-Battier-Lebron-Bosh, Westbrook-Harden-Sefolosha-Durant-Ibaka.
Its going to be an epic series, so pumped. I think OKC became my second favourite team over these playoffs.

I picked Miami over Boston but thought as that series wore on the Celts had enough to win EC final - almost. Now in NBA finals it's a 2-3-2 format which I think is a very slight advantage to Miami - unless it goes 7. I also like Miami with now healthy Bosh and it seems a bit more motivation if not downright anger after last years loss to Dallas in the final. So with that analysis I'm picking OKC in 7.

Lmao, riiiight. And PBV is really packed every night, huh? Seems to me that kings fans only pack the arena when the team is good. Sound familiar? That's because every city is like that, buddy. And there is not much to do in Sacramento yet they can't even fill up a basketball arena. Not saying heat fans are great fans, but quit acting like you're any better.

OKC in 6. Bonus prediction: Game 1 will be a blowout.
Lebron vs Durant will be a great matchup. I think Lebron wins, dude can D up and he'll just manhandle the skinny Durant. KD is going to have to be locked in with his jumper just to stay even.
That being said, D-Whistle is going downhill fast as he ages (cant wait for him to be out of the league, absolutely hate his game), I think Thabo/Harden can contain him.

Can some1 explain to me why every1 seems 2 hate Miami? I'm fairly new to watching the nba but i've found the fans common opinion to be negative towards the Heat. I find them to be 1 of the most entertaining teams to watch personally.
Anyway I get the feeling that this could be an epic series but the heat will have to much for OKC in the end. I think Bosh coming back was the key and he makes the difference between the two teams. I can see his range drawing Ibaka away from the rim negating his shot blocking inside, allowing Wade and James 2 attack. I went 4 Miami in 6 but would not be suprised if it went all the way to game 7.

I can't speak for anyone else but I detest the way Lebron James treated the city and fans of Cleveland. I will never root for any team that has him on its roster.
Agreed. To have "The Decision" on TV and to shun his hometown that way.....just wrong. He's an awesome player but I'm not rooting for his team.

Lebron is an arrogant chump, and he's overrated... YES, i said it. He has yet to win a ring, and he's been in the league for quite a while now. That being said, I think it's going to be OKC in 6, they are playing great basketball, and they have more variety of talent on their roster.
No prediction from me, but rooting for the team that "did it right", minus the whole holding your city hostage and stabbing them in the back thing.
Just don't tell Seattle...
The Cavs cannot blame anyone but themselves for having Bron walk. Its more surprising if you aren't arrogant at that level and he got some bad advice and had a pr nightmare in the name of charity. I don't hate the guy he is a very good player and I predicted that the heat will have it in 6 but I am hoping the Thunder take it because KD is a standup guy.
We were all young stupid and full of ourselves at one point or another....

OKC in 5. Wade was unimpressive against Boston sans-Bradley, he's going to spit blood against Sefolosha and Harden. Lebron and Bosh alone are not enough to beat Durant and Westbrook, let alone when the Thunder as a unit is now playing Spurs-like passing game. And when it comes down to clutch game, OKC has the the tried-and-true trio while the Heat have an aging-banged-up Wade, still-recuperating Bosh and no-fourth-quarter Lebron. Playing all three 38-45 minutes a game isn't going to help against the much more balanced and rested Thunder.
The only thing that could throw a wrench in the works? Bosh pulls Ibaka away from the paint, opening the lanes for Wade and Lebron, *and* they both play like they did in the last 3 games against the Pacers. I wonder how Scott Brooks is going to adjust to the Bosh-Ibaka mismatch.

They can just put perk on CB or if they go small durrant at 6'10 can handle bosh whille Ibaka is free to roam as KG was and help defend. they key to guarding quick slashers like lebron and wade is to switch everything and having the personel (as the thunder do) to contain on the swtiches as they did on manu/parker, lebron and wade will still get theirs but they may force it a little and take the others out of sync.
The thunder are just to versatile and lengthy for the heat to be able to beat in a 7 game series, the pacers had depth but lacked coaching or superstars. the celtics had a solid starting 5 but had zero bench help. the thunder have both a bench and a solid starting 5. unless wade and james play out of their minds (combing for 70+ per game) with bosh hitting timely jumpers i dont see them pulling this out. thunder in 6.
When superstars start conspiring to play in Sacramento I think there is no "balance" issue between small markets and large/"desirable" markets. Call me when that happens.
Then why hang around when you hate us so much? its not like you even post anything supportive of the Kings anyway.
