Very nice. I was especially encouraged by the parts where Gavin said he thought that Kings would make money next season, and that the Maloofs weren't afraid of spending money if the right free agent came around. That's very encouraging.

I agree. If the Kings do expect to turn a profit next year, maybe that rumored March 2010 arena ultimatum is complete bunk. Do the Kings need a new arena? Yes. But if they're still making money in a bad economic climate there's less of a sense of urgency.
