The scary thing is that we all knew why Maloofs sucked in the latter years of their ownership. They were broke and wanted to cash in!
These idiots have the money but have no ****ing clue! All the "Basketball People" they have fired have never won the championship in any role in the NBA. They have NO IDEA what it takes to win big in this league!

theres a reason why i don't watch the games anymore. waiting for the offseason so we can chase another 3 point shooter to battle it out w/ mully. porzingis is going to redefine position-less bball for us.

I can't wait for March Madness to begin in less that one week - hurry! 3.0 basketball or whatever this Kings version of pro basketball is reeks ugly-unwatchable for such excruciating long stretches - unlike March Madness. Where highly talented kids 18-21 lace it up sometimes for a last competitive game unless they're lucky enough to have NBA or other pro league career. They play all out, all the time, with incredible passion, determination, the incredible pageantry and excitement unmatched on any basketball court anywhere. Too bad we can't say any of this about our current team of jokesters called the Kings of Sacramento.

It felt different in the 80's and early 90's than it does now.
The records are just as bad, we even went 1-40 on the road one season.

The difference was we were just happy to have a team to root for. We didn't know what it was like to have a team almost make it to the big show. We didn't know what it was like to have a team go deep in the playoffs multiple times.

I don't care if we somehow make the playoffs this next and make the second round the year thereafter, after the perpetual crap show here in Sacramento, Cousins is not signing on for another 5 years in Sacramento. We are a clown college that is wasting the start of his prime away.
They aren't trading him before we open the new arena, but they will have to trade him between 6 and 18 months later. This is by far the most likely outcome going forward, and it stinks. This year and this screwed up roster, front office, and coaching mess is sealing that fate week by week.
