NBA 2K5 Prediction - Clippers @ Kings

Hello Kings Fans!!! I wanted to create fun new post that uses Sega's ESPN NBA 2K5 on PS2 to predict the game outcomes before they actually get played. On NBA.com they predicted the outcomes flawlessly 5 out of 5...let's see what kind of results we get if we track the next 20 games or so. For the last two games...eerily the predictions were spot on in terms of W/L and VERY close in terms of score:

Pistons @ Kings - 2K5 Prediction: 102 to 86 (16 point difference)
ACTUAL: 100 to 85 (15 point difference)

Grizzlies @ Kings - 2K5 Prediction: 89 to 82 (7 point difference)
ACTUAL: 85 to 82 (Bibby 4 Three difference =).

After running the simulation on Kings vs. Clippers at Arco here are the results:

Q1 - Kings - 25 - Clips - 21
Q2 - Kings - 18 - Clips - 20
Q3 - Kings - 26 - Clips - 17
Q4 - Kings - 26 - Clips - 30
Final Score: 95-88

GO KINGS!!!!!!!!!

interesting...

i find it somewhat eerie how im bobbyj for 3 and you're bibby for 3...just thot id say something, mayb im just strange

anyways...sounds kinda cool, see what NBA 2k5 thinks about how the kings will do... I assume the rosters are updated and the guys who are injured dont play..... But this is kinda cool, im wondering what other kingsfans are thinking. Let's see how this game goes....

Yeah...Rosters are updated and current as of the trade deadline...and Skinner even had 2 BLKs coming off the bench as well as contributed 4 pts, 5 rebs (3 offensive) and 1 assist in 14 minutes. K-9 had a solid game with 8 pts, 10 rebs (2 offensive), 1 BLK (on Elton Brand), and 3 assists coming off the bench for 28 minutes.

DISCLAIMER: One assumption was made for the Clips @ Kings simulation: Both "the Cat" and B-52 were back in the lineup. Perhaps it was wishful thinking that I included Brad...Knock on wood...
