brendan Haywood would also help a lot... but I mean no centers can really shoot free throws well... ya just need them for inside presence... along with defense, rebounds, and blocks. We have plenty of players who can score.

i will start with ...

i really like Samy Dalembert... hes only played basketball for a little bit and wow hes got shot blocking ability...plus he can really read balls off the rim and is a great reb. too! to bad we couldnt get him instead of kenny thomas in the 76er trade...

foul trouble... limited offense... i have seen him hit jumpers and he can shot freethrows...and there was a stretch last year he actually got hot and started jack'n up jumpers .... short lived though... Still a work in progress and could be very good...

You are seriously arguing against trying to keep an undrafted rook who displays some pretty good shot-blocking skills (although still raw, but hey, he's a ROOKIE, and CHEAP) by suggesting we should have gotten a very overpaid big man who is, in your words, really not all that great anyways???? Am I missing something here? Do you have a point?

You would rather have Hart than Amundson, for instance?

And who do we unload for this overpaid big man that the Sixers want? Any ideas there, either?

Everytime Sactown100 posts I am originally thinking it is NBrans because of the black and white avatar, then I think "This doesnt sound like rans", then I realize it isn't him...This had to have been the third or fourth time today I've been confused.

Anyways...Amundson wasn't anything near our marquee aquisition. It's not like we signed Amundson instead of going after someone like who you want.

He is roster filler with a shot to be out 14th/15th man.

He really isnt anything to get overly excited about...Either positivly or negaqtivly.
