Mo Evans part II

yeah, i have a question. why did RA go with barnes for so long instead of evans:confused: ??

More size. Better rebounding. Barnes is the best matchup against Pierce (on paper, at least). But it wasn't working, so Adelman realized that if Barnes couldn't stop him, he'll just go for the "outscore them" option and go with both Mobley and Evans.

yeah, glad it worked. barnes really hasn't played that great as of late.

Barnes has played well. He's done what was expected of him. You can't really fault him for not being able to stop Pierce.

I'm just proud of the TEAM for the TEAM win.

Mo should start!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No way. In the same way that Bobby should not start. Those players that can bring energy and hustle coming in cold off the bench are few and far between. Mo is more valuable in his current role.

me too^^. barnes had a real bad game against seattle(1 pt. and 5 fouls) but that's history and i'm very happy the team got the win!!!

go kings!!!

i agree. mo was 3-4 from 3 point range!!! he did a great job filling in for peja!

thats what i love about him. he hits his open shots, which, apart from taking it to the rack HARD, is all we need him to do on offense. he knows his role, and he sticks to it. i'd like to see him get some more PT. we need a few more high flyin highlight reel dunks from high five.....uh....for motivational purposes, of course.

Last night a Kings dancer came dancin’ to my door

Because in the midnight hour, she cried Mo MO MO
With a rebel yell, she cried Mo, Mo, MO

MO MO MO

(with humble apologies to Billy Idol)

I was gonna say the same thing. Mo and Bobby are great players and fit in with are starters nicely.

I hope Bobby gets back for the playoffs.

woohoo go Mo!

to paraphrase what i said about Mo in the game thread

"the person that i love with all my heart and soul right now....Mo Evans"

I really like Mo, his attitude for a second year player is outstanding and yeah it helps that he's playing well too.

I like to see Mo come from the bench, bings in puch and energy, start him and you loose that... no comlaints about Barnes game (love to see the two of them chekc ing in like the Dalton Bros) but Barnes is not up to Mo's standard of energy and ahs the size you want to see at the 3.

^oh i know especially in the game against the Mavs

that just got my heart pumping

and i agree i like Mo off the bench we gotta have some energy coming off the bench and having him and Matt come in provides that....not that im gonna totally hate it if he were ever to start on a regular basis

I agree with you guys/girls. Whenever Mo comes off the bench, you can see the energy from him and the team strives off that. Also same with Matt Barnes.

Keep it up, Mo!!!!
