Sacramento KF peeps: Help spread the word and get this little boy back home.

NORTH HIGHLANDS, Calif. (KCRA) —
Deputies need the public’s help to find an 11-year-old boy with autism who was reported missing Monday afternoon, the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department said.

Nathaniel “Nathan” Lasater, 11, was last seen around 4 p.m. at his home in the 5800 block of San Marcos Way in North Highlands.

The sheriff’s department said Nathaniel is considered at-risk because of his age. He has high-functioning autism and needs medication for his condition.

Nathaniel has been reported missing before. He is known to hitchhike and has been found as far away as Modesto. The sheriff’s department said Nathaniel is not afraid of strangers and will ask people for money and rides.

Nathaniel is described as a white male, 5 feet tall, weighing 100 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray sweater with an LBL logo on the front, blue jeans and DBL Jordan shoes.

Anyone with information about Nathaniel’s whereabouts is urged to call the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department at 916-874-5115.
