To be fair, if I hadn't watched the game, I'd be in the same boat... I'd have gone through both whole rosters, including, like BMiller52, some guys that didn't even suit up (like Miller and Atkins) before I got to him.

Dogged? I beg your pardon? Madam, I have not yet BEGUN to dog... This isn't even ABOUT Kobe, as far as I'm concerned; I mostly find this amusing because outscoring Kobe Bryant by a point in a regular season game will probably be the highlight of this kid's career. If I were "dogging" Kobe, I would have started with the fact that it took a late-game flurry to get his shooting percentage over twenty-five percent for the night; I'd have started with the fact that it took him twenty-six shots to score twenty-three points. But I didn't... because I was not, in fact, "dogging" Kobe Bryant.

And plus, the Lakers lost, so (Y).

The whole point wasn't a bash on Kobe. It was a commentary about this guy - whose name I can't even remember - who had the night of HIS life by outscoring Kobe, 24-23.

Well, you're wrong on this one, dear hoops. NO ONE was bagging on Kobe. Look up the box score and see who we're talking about and read the thread again. You did a nice triple gainer off assumption cliff right into conclusion pool...which had been drained for cleaning.

I believe it's BECAUSE of Kobe's recent performance that it is amazing that he is not the highest scorer of the game. For goodness sakes, I hate the Lakers (always will) and don't like Kobe (never will) but no one can argue about the way he's been playing. That speaks for itself.


P.S.. good question... who IS our team leader??? At one point I felt like the Kings had many players that fit that description, now I'm guessing Slampson is right up there in the running.
