I’m going to propose a couple of events to give people an opportunity to meet CometsLuv4Play when he arrives in town for the home opener. When he blew into town nearly 5 years ago he had to settle for just meeting me – I think he’s ready to expand his horizons ;)

Here’s the itinerary for the Meet CLuv tour

Folks can meet us as we hit Joe’s Crab Shack in Old Sacramento Friday evening @ 6pm

And we also can gather at a restaurant near ARCO after the game on Saturday. We can do either Chili’s, Applebee’s, Johnny Carino’s or On the Border – there are plenty more places to go and on a Saturday afternoon some might not be as busy and we can reserve a group table. If you’re interested, you may drop me a PM or post a message here so I can get a head count. If you have a better suggestion for a restaurant on Saturday I’m all for that too. As the date approaches, I’ll settle on a restaurant.

But anyway, getting back to being serious, wrong timing on my part. I would love to meet Mr. Comets and the rest of you, but I am arriving back from NY trip very late Friday night the 19th and am working all day Saturday. :(

I'm staying in town for the Monarchs/Comets game at ARCO on thursday the 25th, any chance we could say hi before or after the game that following week? i have a flight home the next day.

That's a possibility, gotta look at my schedule later though. Perhaps we all can schedule another one of these get-togethers after the game.

technically speaking, i am going to be in Sacramento 4 of the 7 days i will be in California. 3 days i will be in a undisclosed location in California. ;)

I am going to be moving next month, so I find that I cannot afford to go out both times. Rather than rush downtown after work on Friday (and pay a fortune for parking), I will just plan on going out after the game on Saturday. Chilli's works for me.

MBF and Mr. 4play, I will see you at the game on Saturday!

RUN?!?! i just came to add a little TEXAS Flava to the Mix tommorrow, no need to run! gsheez! i'm be nice, maybe....sort of......for a short time,...until noon tommorrow, but the gloves are off Thursday! GO COMETS!!!!!!
