There was nothing stopping them from moving a decade ago when they bought the team but its the inferiority complex that has people looking over shoulder and jumping at shadows.

In fact, considering their financial situation now and back them, it would have been a heck of a lot easier for them to move the team when they bought it than it is now. They gave Sacramento a shot for over a decade now and for various reasons it didn't work out to this point and all parties are to blame for that.
