Skiles is a great coach but he grinds on his players in the same sort of way PJ Carlesimo and Avery Johnson have. He may have mellowed a bit at this point, I don't know.

But Malone would be able to do a LOT with that young Orlando roster, especially in terms of improving their team defense.
