Look Out, Old Vlade is Back in Town!

I guess Vlade is going to haul a rental truck-load of relief supplies back to Houston for the New Orleans folks. Nice, and typical Vlade. However, I have one question.

Los Angeles is where most of the State's money resides. Why did Vlade stage this event up here in Sacramento? I don't get it. Ideas please.
