Larry Johnson

36 Rush, 211 yards, 5.9 Rush avg, 2TD

So what happens now? ESPN did a piece on Larry and Priest and how they are dealing with the sharing of snaps but both said they dont want it to be a long term thing. Who leaves KC? Even though Priest may have some good rushing left in him he has to stay healthy which has been tricky. Larry is young and very talented. Does anyone really think its a tough choice for KC? After what LJ has done can they send him away for an aging injury prone back?

Edit: The 211 did come against Houston if that takes anything away from what he did.

Priest might never play anything. This might be a decision that doesn't need to be made, even though it wasnt that tough to begin with..

I live in kansas city and I am also a die hard Chiefs fan! Larry Johnson has already said several times that he doesn't like the way they are sharing the runs. While Holmes was still playing they were giving him two series then Johnson would get every third. Since Priest is injured (maybe out for career) I think the Chiefs should definately keep Larry. They should maybe trade Priest or just let him retire after this year.

Larry has a bright, bright future.
