Thank you! Today I start my running again, I have been a little overwelmed with school lately (those darn finals are coming up...) but I need to keep my running up so I can run the race this year!

I've added some pledges from my co-workers. I've got more pledges but they haven't paid yet so I'll add those when they do.., so I'm actually only 15.00 short of my goal!

I pick my mom up on Thursday and looking forward to a great mother's day with her.

hahah Yeah I know really! Hey you never know! Looks like it's going to be a real nice day to have the race- glad the weather will be nice.

KCRA channel 3 is broadcasting the race as I type. Edie Lambert just kicked off the race for the largest contingent.

The men's numbered racers just finished. Gary (I didn't catch the last name) from Chico was the winner.

What an incredible event. We are proud of you, hoopsie and KMG23. You go girls. BTW- while I can't pick you out of that group of 25,000 people (largest race ever), I know you are there.

We had a very nice time today and the weather was perfect. Of course, we had to hit the mall afterward...with many other participants.
