Kings were competitive but not enough to start a winning streak. lakers returned the favor and handed us our 17th defeat of the season. With 6-17 Kings have the 5th worst record in the NBA and if it doesn't improve in the next couple games - it will get ugly. With 2 home games against Knicks and Wolves Kings should provide some relief before going on a 4 game brutal trip to 4 teams with winning record all in the West.

Most of us were convinced that Muss Junior would be gone by now. He is still here and in the next couple games he can stabilize his position at least for the short period of time. If he loses to 2 teams at home that have combined 5-17 road record - he should be allowed to spend a lot of time with his family during Christmas holidays and MLK day and other days...

Kobe Bryant is a Kings killer and we will celebrate the day when he retires. He showed it again tonight which was expected because chances of having 2 bad games in a row were slim to begin with. The rest of their team is decent to mediocre and without Kobe they would be fighting to make the playoffs in the West. Hell, Luke Walton is staring for them and he once again proved how much he sucks.

What is wrong with Brad Miller ? He can't even shoot free throws which means that he can't hit a shot from his favorite range wide open with all time in the world without having to jump or even move. Do You like a starting center that gives You less than 8 rebounds per game and less than a block per game wrapped up in air - the same material that his defense is made of. However, he is still in his prime when whining and complaining are considered. And Isaiah and McHale aren't GMs any more. We are so screwed.

We tried hard but couldn't take advantage from lakers playing a back to back game. We won couple quarters but had a 3rd quarter meltdown pretty much costing us a game and as we know - that is a first.
Everything else wasn't too bad unless You seriously expected another win. We needed more from Brad and someone else but no one was able to provide this spark. We do miss Kevin a lot.

Knicks are next and the SUCK !!! We should be able to win this one. They play like Suns used to do with a slight downgrade (form cable internet to dialup).They only play 7 man (sometimes 8 - it is still a leap year). They shoot a lot of threes and hey miss a lot of them. Talentwise - we should win it easily and there is the problem because despite 6-17 record we are still perfectly capable of taking opponents lightly and paying for it. We have to slow the game down and to rebound. I expect a total of 50 3pt attempts.
