You have 50 million dollar cap.

you bid on NBA players. highest bidder takes the player.

say you paid 10 million dollars on kobe bryant. and every year you keep him his salary goes up 20%.

year 2 he'll cost you 12 million(10 million + 20%)
year 3 he'll cost you 14.4 million(12 million + 20%)
etc., etc..

Every year you can bid on players who have been dropped or are free agents.(but must stay under the cap)

There will be a draft every year for the rookies coming into the nba.

Its basically the real thing but it's a fantasy league.

I would like to make it a relativaly deep league to test the knowledge of Kings fans

How does a draft work in a keeper league? Do you have different drafts for rookies? I've never played one. So seeing that you are trading a pick is confusing to me.

id like to, but i assume we'll do a draft prior to the year starting (on yahoo) and then everyone knows who they're supposed to draft beginning of every year, right? sounds pretty good, im just worried about the logistics of keeping everything sorted out year to year, pre-approving everything in the league on the boards, etc
