They really dont set up any plays for Tyreke do they? The only time he scores nowadays is when he has to create for himself.

Actually, they do set plays up for Tyreke. But they don't set up plays consistently for him, that's for sure.

Just goes to show why you can't be discouraged if a guy struggles his first 25-30 games. Especially a young big. You start to worry when they have a good 100-120 games under their belt and still don't show improvement

Screw that. If you're talking growing pains and letting a guy play through a few, put Jimmer in. IT has had significantly more opportunity.

We need a real PG. Desperately. I think that is the key missing piece for us. That floor leader to stabilize things. IT sucks. He's not a SG and he's not a very good PG and can't even shoot anymore. I had a dream we had Rondo and gave up next to nothing.. Dreams can come true right?

He's shown some glimpses of some very good passing skills. He just has to keep working (and I think he has a very good work ethic from what I understand) and he can be an excellent all-around player.

His work ethic was one of the major + for him coming out of school. A big reason scouts and teams were so excited about him was his athleticism+work ethic and hustle. We've seen a night and day difference with him on the floor as opposed to JT

Although to be fair, I think that just about every active coach in the NBA right now has been fired at one point (unless they are in their first contracts).

he started getting more minutes after he yelled at the coach in the locker room... probably telling smart to give him the minutes he needs to be playing.
