Once again, up by 20pts and now potentially losing the game just like Chicago's game. What is wrong with this team? There is probably no team in the NBA that have a such erratic swing in momentum like the Kings this year. They can lose to the worst teams in the NBA and beat the best of them. This is a sign of an inconsistent team.

The Kings are at heart a shooting team. That's kind of the downside of being that type of team. Always has been. Most teams are that now though so come playoff time in the last 4 seasons or so some have actually made it quite far but they eventually slam head first into a more dominant team.

My issue is that the teams we are playing suddenly become shooting teams.
What I dont understand is that it happens so often against the cellar dwellers that it can’t be coincidence. It has to be a combination of lack of mental toughness, poor game planning, inconsistent effort, etc. Or are we just going to say these teams play up when they go against us?
