Kings should have tanked the season

I remember seeing several lines of thought that said the Kings were better off finishing in the lottery than squeaking into the playoffs.

Whether the Kings ultimately win or lose this series, there is no doubt that what we are witnessing in these last four games is worth far more than being 5 or 6 spots higher in this year's thin draft.

Just watching our guys rebound from a maddening blowout in Game 1 to fight back to where they are now was worth it to me.

I don't feel as bad about this loss than the first 2, I know teh Kings can play with the Spurs. This match up looks more like a second round match up than a 1/8 seed.

I agree, these games, well 2-5 anyway, have been worth it all. I have a lot of hope for the future if we can keep most of these guys together with a few upgrades.

This team with a piece or two has the potential to be the best team that Sacramento has ever known. As much as I don't want this season to end, I am excited to see what our team is going to look like with our newly re-signed RA on the sideline leading us to the promise land.
