Kings rumors: Sacramento may have to 'overpay' De'Aaron Fox

Sacramento Kings point guard De’Aaron Fox is eligible to sign a lucrative rookie-scale extension this offseason and all signs point toward the lefty signing one with the Kings. However, one NBA general manager told Sean Deveney of Forbes that the Kings may have to overpay Fox to keep him in Sacramento since the franchise doesn’t have a history of attracting superstar players in free agency. No doubt you are going to pay De’Aaron Fox,” one general manager told Deveney.
