I am PROUD of how the Kings have fought back. This is some of the best TEAM ball I've seen them play all season.

103-102 Rockets

Rockets call time out.

I would hope a coach would starting working the clock, but I just don't know with Musselman, since we aren't down by double digits...

Houston in the penalty. Kings have no team fouls in overtime.

Rockets to inbound with 20 on the shot clock.

Artest all over McGrady. McGrady to Battier to Head inside for two.

107-104 Hou

Oh good lord.

It looked as though the Kings simply didn't have a play called and Salmons got the ball with about 17 seconds left, burned 15 of them and then lost the ball oob.

Martin fouls.

Rockets use their final time out.

Kings with 3 time outs left, I think. The graphic went by quickly.

9.0 seconds left.

Grant says the Kings let the game get away. I'm sorry but absolutely abysmal coaching let the game get away.

Head to the line ... makes first; and second.

109-104 KINGS

Oh, look. Musselman calls a time out now because he's sure in Vol. 14, Ch. 23, page 147 of the Third Edition of the Power Point Presentation there is a play that will get the Kings six points in 7.0 seconds.

/unable to end sarcasm

Garcia in for KT, along with bibby, Salmons, Martin and Artest.

Pass in to Martin, who has ball knocked oob. Kings inbound, Bibby for three doesn't go.

Game over.

I know some people will undoubtedly find a way to blame Bibby but this loss falls squarely at the feet of Eric Musselman. His team had the Rockets on the ropes and he let Houston have a momentum-building run without even looking like he knew what a strategic time out was, let alone (heaven forbid) actually call one...

blech. Double blech. Barf.
