Rico has run a camp for NBA players every summer that includes games and working on their skill levels. He is considered by most to be one of the best, if not the best trainer in the NBA. He's had players like Durant, Kobe, George, Leonard etc. go to his camp every summer. It's basically a who's who's in basketball camp. He's a tough hard nosed trainer who won't tolerate nonsense. The Kings hired him full time prior to the beginning of last season and obviously they like the results.

By all indications, he’s a good man that seems to relate easily with the players. I’m all in for anyone that projects positivity, hard-work, and doing things the right way. Nice to see he’ll have an increased role in the organization.

we're lucky to have him, I'm surprised some big market team hasn't scooped him up before we did.
