I disagree with that take. The Pelicans match up really well with the Kings, but that does not make them an overall better team.

Man that’s the thing ! We were in 1st place last year until Zion got hurt last year and then Denver took over, We are one of the few teams that match up very well with Denver. They have no answer for Zion and big Jonas can hang with Joker just enough to give him fits.

Yeah, it's just two totally different teams and the Kings do have issues with these big athletic wing teams. Like the Rockets, it's way tougher to score on them for the Kings.
