Faith and begorrah! Happy St. Patrick's Day!!!
It's an interesting day here in the forest. We've had snow, tons of snow. (See the Snow thread in the Lounge for a couple of recent pictures).
...Holy crap! Northwestern just beat Iowa and Bucknell just eked out a win over Arkansas...
Oops. Sorry!
Anyway, I have power for the moment so I'm fully intending to do tonight's PBP. If I disappear it's because I have been left in darkness once again... and tonight the mini-TV won't do me much good, as the game isn't on News10. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. The end of the storm is passing over right now, with snow flakes as large as saucers.
Tonight's game should be interesting, to say the least. Here's what the Sacramento Bee has to say:

KINGS UPDATE
Status: Confidence is at a season high: 13 consecutive wins at Arco Arena, a 4-1 trip that fans are still talking about and a chance to keep inching up the Western Conference playoff ladder. This will be a reunion for several Kings, with Bonzi Wells and Brad Miller home-grown products and Ron Artest eager to face his former employer for the first time since the Jan. 25 trade.
Trend: "Balance" is the key word. All five starters typically reach double figures, and bench producers Shareef Abdur-Rahim and Bonzi Wells also are capable of doing so. Assists are up, as is the defense.
Injury report: Francisco García, ankle, out.
PACERS UPDATE
Status: The Pacers got what they wanted from the Artest trade, ridding themselves of the cloud and gaining a shooter they sorely needed in Peja Stojakovic. Indiana is holding firm to the No. 6 position of the Eastern Conference playoff race.
Trend: The last time Indiana played the Kings, the Pacers walloped them 108-83 on Jan. 8 at Arco, giving Sacramento its 11th loss at home, equaling the total for the 2004-05 season. On the road, Sacramento has won only five of 19 games against the Pacers, who have three former Kings in the starting lineup - Stojakovic, Anthony Johnson and Scot Pollard, who has missed two of the last three games with a bad foot.
Injury report: Jermaine O'Neal, groin, out.
Best matchup: Artest vs. Stojakovic - Are you kidding? Stojakovic's shooting touch faces Artest's refusal to be punished, though Artest also will guard others. And Artest lately also has proven to be a pretty good shooter himself.

As I mentioned in the "Garcia update" thread, word is that Cisco will be out until the Seattle game barring some kind of miracle.
