Hello, fellow Kings fans!
Well, it was certainly good to see the new guys christen their premiere appearance in Arco with a win! They needed it, but heck - WE needed it.
Now we have to look forward. The team is going to need the support of all of us as they try to do the impossible...or at least very difficult...![Wink ;) ;)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
It's going to be interesting to watch Jason's reaction tonight as he returns to Arco to face a Sacramento Kings team with NONE of the guys (not including Bobby) who were here when he left and one (Corliss) who left before he did.
Let's get ready to cheer our lungs out!
I've got everything in it's proper position. I'm picking up a NEW pair of purple slippers today hopefully - as I mentioned before the old pair had an unfortunate accident with my vacuum cleaner. Maybe it's fitting - it's a different team so maybe I really needed new purple slippers, too!
As always, I'm able to do this play-by-play because of the dedication and generosity of our board owner, Jeremy. We provide the most active Kings message board on the Internet for members and guests alike to read and enjoy. If you'd like to help defray the costs of keeping Kingsfans.com up and operating, please consider becoming a Contributing Member. There's no obligation, of course. For newcomers, this is the play-by-play thread where I try and give fans who cannot see or hear the game a running narrative about what's happening. If you want to share the game experience, you can either post your comments in the ongoing discussion thread started by piksi, you can chat with fellow Kings fans at mIRC, server: irc.bludgeon.org, channel: #KingsFans. In addition, www.thegamelive.com provides links to online radio feeds. Be forewarned, however. These feeds are NOT from KHTK (the Kings radio broadcast network) and are usually from the opponent's broadcasting team.
Now, I have work to do and I'm even going to go outside and do a little bit of early spring gardening. (Yes, it's that nice today here in the forest).
GO KINGS!!!!!
