It's working out and Memphis isn't taking advantage of the mismatch. That's ok by me.

I like what they have Harry doing defensively on pick and roll. The Grizz are doing everything they can to get him to switch out and he's playing up half way then showing off. The Grizz are shooting themselves in the foot by putting Anderson in the corner. He doesn't want to take the shot at all.

All off simple pick and roll/pop. One thing are we are certainly seeing is growth with his screening and growth from all 3 of Buddy, Fox, and Bogdan in setting up bigs.
