Our transition defense (not fast break defense, just transition defense) is very, very bad. We need to get into a set defense basically every play or we're hosed.

I think by far the biggest change from Walton to Brown is that this team doesn't quit when we get punched in the mouth. It's probably happened 5 or 6 times this year where we just get absolutely smoked for a quarter or a half, but have found a way to claw back and make it a game. After 16 years of Kings basketball basically being the opposite, it's a lot of fun to watch as a Kings fan

I'm not going to anoint KZ into the rotation just yet, but he has been rotation-worthy today for certain.

I just think Brown doesn't realize that while Metu and Lyles have been productive, this team will be much more effective on defense with KZ. Metu is not a good defender. Lyles is so so.
