Kings went retro night again for the 3-4th tmie in a row to see how long the winning streak could go. The Kings are actually playing teh Spurs, not hte Clippers. :D This one is at Arco Arena. Records: Spurs 19-12 KIngs 19-8

1st Quarter
Spurs 19 Kings 26

The Kings had the tip and the Kings' first points was a Bball kingsrock lay-up. A Brent berry 3 gave the lead to the Spurs and was their first points. There was a moment when tehre was 1 on the shotclock but then Bball makes a 3 as time xpires. Teh was a nice alley oop Bball to Danny whihc made the crowd go wild! There were many, MNAY dunks by Dany herberholx in this quarter. But there was a lot of TO's by the Kings which made the game closer than it should have been. Brent berry was also making a bunch of 3's for his team. There were also many dunks by the Kings. At the buzzer, 6th missed a 3 pointer.

2nd Quarter
Spurs 45 Kings 54

The first 1prts of the second quarter was a Peter Daley dunk. After that he made anotehr dunk from a fastbreak!! THEN, Daley was on fire, that he made anotehr dunk!! Peter Daley was ON FIRE!! The Kings went aon a 23-13 run. Also, bball was on fire getting many passes and making a lot of lay-ups. The Kings made 5 straight buckets in a row. Lots of dunks gain by the Kings, but bad defense let teh Spurs stay in it. Bball made a 3 pointer from a nice pas from Sactown Fever. Vasillis also made a +1 but missed the free-throw. Jesus was in foul trouble and he already had 4 fouls. Bball Kingsrock did a hea check and shot a 3 at hte end of the quarter, but missed.

Key Players at Half: Brent berry 16 pts Vasillis Mykonos 4 pts, 4 rebs, 4 asts, and 3 blks

3rd Quarter
Spurs 76 Kings 88

The Kings outscored the Spurs again in this quarter!! The kings have outscoredthe Spurs in every quarter!! San Antonio's first points was by a jumpshot from Tony parker from France. A Bball jumpsohot was the 1st points by the Kngs in thsi third quarter. There was a nice inbound pass from Mad D to Bball for the lay-up. The Kings were on a 65-56 scoring run!! There was 2 dunks in a row by Danny herberholz. But Duncan answered back with a +1. Anotehr nice moment that should top SportsCneter's top plays was a Daley pass to james for th alley-oop!! James dunked that dunk hard! 6th unfortunatly missed a 3 at the buzzer. All the Kings had to do is not let the Spurs make around 35-40 pts in the next quarter.

4th Quarter

Miles Clipper was having a dunk fest today with making most of his points with dunks. In this quarter. Clipper made a dunk right over Rasho Nsterovich! The corwd ooed and ahed! Next 6thman jackson shot a 3 pointer and after that Clipper made a 3 pointer!! the Kinsg and the Spurs made many 3's. Rasho made a +1 which got teh Spurs on a deadly run. They wenmt on a 11-2 run! In the alst 2 minuts the Kings were up around 8 pts. The Spurs came with a late spurt since they are a great team. The Kings were turning the ball over and taking bad shots. While the Spurs were making every shot they took. The Kings were only up 3 with 23 seconds left!! The kings the took a bad shot and the Spurs got the rebound. And what do u know. The Spurs in less than 8 seconds made a 3 pointer to tie the game up!!!!! The Kings were trying to inbund the ball but Rasho stoel the ball!! Everything was going wrong for hte Kings! The SPurs were waiting to take the last shot and Bruce took a 3 for the win........no. Its going into OT. the Kings let the Spurs score 40 pts in that quarter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Overtime

The Kings were just tired and teh Spurs still had some energy in them. The Spurs were up 6 with 3 minutes left. The Kings couldnt make any shots. Also, the KIngs couldnt stop the Spurs from making THEIR shots. The Spurs now up with 2 minutes left. Then Mad D made a dunk. It is a 5 point game wioth 5seconds left. Danny steals the ball shoots the 3 but misses. The game was over and the Spurs win.

- The Kings played well in every quarer except he 4th which made teh m lose. her e are the players tha had god shooting nights: Mykonos (5-7), Bballl (9-19), Danny (12-18), and Clipper (6-10).
- Bruce Bowen had 24 pts
- Tony parker had 30 pts, 3 stls and 11-26 FG
- Brent Barry had 28 pts, 7 YOs, and 12-16 shooting
- Spurs had 52% FG, 22-28 FTs (80%), 40 rebs, 16 asts, 13 stls, 10 blks, and 18 TOs
- Kings had 58% FG, 28% 3point shooting, 9-13 FT( 70%), 40 rebs, 26 asts, 12 stls, 13 blks and a HORRIBLE 26 TOs

6th wont play the next game since she said that she was leaving for the next 4 days so Amir James will take his minutes. The Kings are 5th in the powere rankings still. The Kings record is now 19-9.

Vasillis' Press Conference:

Today was good day. I got to play futbol (soccer) with many friends from homeland and I got chosen as rookie of the month. Additionally, I am getting my english more and more improved. I have gained more muscle mass as well as confidence to block shot. as for DJ Wu, he's still my homeboy, we haven't been connecting on the court but off the court, we go to clubs and party with friends. He is good guy. I hope he is on same team I am on. I hope to continue my wonderful performance every month. It is with great honor that I accept this prestegious award. Thank you!
 
This game we are playing @ New York at Madison Square Garden. It was the first game of a back-to back. Records: NY: 18-14 Kings 19-9

1st Quarter
Kings 28 NY 23

The Knicks got the tip and their first points was a slam put in and then a Tim Thomas dunk. The first points was a Bball lay-up and after that, a Danny Herberholz dunk. Then, Fever got a missed ball and tipped it in. David Jin-Wu made a 3 pointer after that. The Kings were on a roll. Then to top things off with a Jesus Shuttlesworth slam dunk! But things get worse when Fever gets injured. Report will come in 3rd quarter. Bball made a lay-up afterwards. Bball was on fire then making a 3, +1!! He made the free-throw! Then, Danny made a fastbreak dunk. Bball made another 3!! But then, Vin Baker slowed things down with a +1. Margie Twix missed a half-court 3 at the buzzer.

2nd Quarter
kings 57 NY 53

The New York knicks slowed things up a little bit. Amir James made a dunk which were the first points for the Kings and the second quarter. Then, Amir made another dunk. Penny made a +1 to answer back. Clipper then SLAMMED the ball hard! penny then got injured whcih was a scary thing for NY. The kings were not doing great D because they were once down 2 in this quarter. Danny had a nice alley oop pass to David with a fancy dunk finsih. Then David greeted him back with a inbound pass for the Danny dunk. NY was suddenly on a 30-19 scoring run. Danny then made a dunk on a fastbreak. David missed a 3 at the Buzzer.

3rd Quarter
Kings 98 NY 70

Kings were on FIRE in this quarter!! And so was Bball!! Fever came back and started in this half. Bball made a 3 when the shot clock was winding down and was the first pts of teh quarter for teh KIngs. The Kings had many second chance points. Fever also made a jumpshot when the clock was winding down as well. Many 3's were made by Ny in this quarter. The Kings were on a 30-20 scoring run. Fever got injured again, which was NOT GOOD. It was the same injury that he sustained in the first quarter. he was out for the game and his report is in the Game notes. Amir Jaems made a long 3. Bball was again on fire making MANY lay-ups!! James made anotehr 3 with 5 seconds left. Tim Thomas tries a half-court shot at the buzzer but fails.

4th Quarter

nothing really hapened in this quarter that was amusing other than Bball making a TON of points. He was the story of the game. James was fouled at the 3 point line which u dont see very often. Clipper then made a serious SLAM again!! Then, a jesus Shuttlesworth slam, and the once again another Jesus slam. Twix also made a 3 pointer. Bball was consistent making 2 three-pointers in a row. David missed a 3 at the buzzer which ened the game.

- FEVER INJURY UPDATE: Sactown Fever can play the next game but will be affected by his bruised knee. I will not let him play the next game just because I don't want to risk it.
- 6thman jackson did not play because he said that he will ebn out for a couple fo days so I put someone else to get more minutes.
- Marbury had 21 pts, and 7 asts
- New York had 48% FG, 29 rebs, 19 asts, 6 stls, 5 blks, and 16 TOs
- Kings had 59% FG, 43% 3 pointers, 90% FT, 34 rebs, 28 asts, 11 stls, 14 blkas, and 10 TOs
- The Kings Players who had good shooting nights were David( 7-12) and Bball (17-26)

Miles Clipper:

I loved the slams! And it was fun to silence the crowd in New York. And watching Bball was amazing! I guess the basket must have looked like a big pond to him the way he was hittin' those threes. Good game!
 
The Kings played @ Toronto today. It was the second game of a back-to-back. I AM VERY SORRY, but this games stats were not included in the average stats because I accidentaly pressed a button brefore I saved it so it got messed up. I simulated the game and the Kings won 75-73. Actually, I will just say what happened in the 4th because it was close. This is the 4th quarter of the game I messed up on:

4th Quarter

Amir James made a 10 ft shot which were the 1st points of the quarter. Toronto was cold missing their last 5 shots. An amir dunk kicked butt and then ANOTHER Amir James dunk!! Two in a row!! Then, Danny Herberholz made a dunk. The kings were down 13 with 5 minutes left. Bball made a 3 pointer, and then a lay-up. Danny made a dunk and then David made a 3 pointer. The Kings were on FIRE!! Clipper joined teh fun with a nother 3 and after that, a long vasillis 2 pointer. Bball was on fire in this game and made anotehr 3 pointer. Danny made a lay-up aafter. The Kings were now UP 2 with 1 minute left. Bball made another lay-up. But Toronto made a 3 so the Kings were up 1, with 30 seconds left. Then, Bball made anotehr lay-up!!!! But Tornot again answered with a 3. Now the score was tied 104-104. The Kings had teh ball with 12 seconds left. Danny had the ball in his hands , went right gave the ball to Bball and then Bball shot for the win and........... HE MADE IT!!!!! The KIngs were up 2 with 0.9 seconds left and Toronto had to timeouts left!! Toronto missed a full court shot and the Kings won the game thanks to Bball who ended up with 27 points!!

Well that was the storty opf the game. Too bad the game didnt really count......... :mad:
 
I think I will make a new rule:

Everyone has to say what they felt like in the game like SLAB and VF21 do. Also, what you did and everything else. It will be more fun that way AND I will know if you are really following or not.

Try to do it at least 1 time every 3 games. Okay? Lets do it!!

Sorry I was gone fellas, but I had some personal family things to attend to, but now I am back and raring to go. I did follow the games on TV though, and I liked what I saw. Bball with 39 points against the Knicks was impressive. Of course, it was only the Knicks. j/k...wtg, Buddy.

50% isn't bad, Bball...especially when you consider that some people might only be checking onto the site occasionally because it's TDOS.

Yeah, Bball............I agree with VF21. A lot of people only check in once in awhile during TDOS. It is up to you whether you want to continue or take a summer break like others. Once you get out of school, you may have more time. Then again, you may want to get away and take vacation from the board. Some of us are here year round. I am sure others get sick of us. :eek: :p
 
I agree. Keep going unless it is too taxing and time consuming for you. Hey, if this means I....(URRRRRGH).....Jesus Shuttlesworth can get into the starting lineup, this works for him.

I wouldn't trade away everyone, injuries could be a problem later on. At least keep Sha on the IL reserve incase.

Okay, but I think I have to have 12 people before I can put someone on the IL. i will probably just trade Twix and Sha and keep Amir James because the KIngs need size.
