While the Sacramento Kings got a big game from their bench, the Memphis Grizzlies were forced to start theirs.

Scot Pollard scored a season-high 14 points to lead three reserves in double figures as the Kings outclassed the Grizzlies, 112-98, for their league season-high 12th straight victory.

Chris Webber had 24 points and 11 rebounds for the Kings, who had seven players score in double digits in their 16th straight home win. Besides Pollard, Hedo Turkoglu scored 12 points and Bobby Jackson added 11.

Chris Webber's teammates, his coach and his fans are campaigning hard for him to start getting more mention for MVP.

And Webber? Well, he insists he's just doing his thing.

He had 36 points, 15 rebounds, eight assists and four steals, and all five Sacramento starters scored in double figures, leading the Kings to a 109-102 victory over the New Jersey Nets on Tuesday night.

The Arco Arena crowd chanted "MVP'' for their star forward.

Already the NBA's best home team, Sacramento wants to be Kings of the road, too.

Peja Stojakovic scored 27 of his 37 points in the second half Thursday night as Sacramento opened its longest road trip of the season with a 95-89 win over the undermanned Cleveland Cavaliers.

The Kings will play their next five away from Arco Arena, where they have dominated in recent years and are a league-best 21-3 this season.​

Kings spark a 20 point comeback to defeat the Nets. Also, sparks Petrie's interest in throwing money at journeyman Mikki Moore, scoring a career high 22 points. Even some wins feel like losses from our point of view nowadays...
