Izzo staying with Mich St.

The Cavs dodged a bullet there. I don't know why he was even considered. If Lebron stays, he wants to win right now. It doesn't make sense to bring in a college coach with no history of NBA success.

With no Izzo, there's talk of Byron Scott - ho hum.

There's whispers that LeBron could be named Player-Head Coach. With the key to surround him with some good assistants and let him be in same roll as Bill Russell who last did it with Boston and won a title as player-coach. Y-Not?

That's an absolutely horrible idea. I'd like to think that the head coach is still more than just a figure head in the NBA. A player-coach is not going to get it done.

It's the kind of absolutely horrible idea that might just keep LeBron in Cleveland.
