I like Kayte Christensen

I don't have a strong feeling about this one way or another other than to say.... when the Kings are playing well I don't notice the commentators and when they're not playing well it's not the commentators that I have a problem with. I often end up listening to the other team's broadcast teams quite a bit as an out of market Kings fan and pretty much all of them say things that I disagree with on a semi-regular basis and/or go on long tangents instead of reacting to the play on the floor. The few broadcasters out there who consistently elevate the game with their enthusiasm / insights tend to be working at the national level rather than the local level, which is how it should be.

I like Kayte too. Nothing against her at all. She’s not better or worse than the average NBA commentator. I’ve definitely heard much worse, especially those blind homers from our NorCal neighbors.

… Speaking of, WTF is Austin Rivers doing? When it comes to NBA nepobabies, he was one of the worst players to consistently get minutes under his dad...

... and somehow, as a commentator, he’s even worse.

yeah listening to Austin is tough, he makes every single play sound like it's the best thing that's ever happened

This is me too. I don't have a strong feeling except I know it can be a lot worse from listening to other teams.

I will say my lone interaction with Kayte was not one I remember fondly, whereas I've talked to G-Man about a dozen times over the years and he is one of the nicest dudes I've ever had the pleasure to chat with. My brief interactions with Doug have also been A+.
