I feel used and abused... ITS OFFICIAL, THIS IS A RANT

The deal may not be as bad as it looks, but man...it looks pretty bad. Well, I trust Petrie enough to know he must have something (ANYTHING!?!?) up his sleave....he HAS to!!! I have so many conflicted emotions and thoughts about this trade, I can't even put them into words. I'm speechless. This hurts. For all I care they can package one or two of these guys with Predrag in a trade right now, because frankly I'm infuriated with him. You'll notice I'm calling him Predrag, a nickname is a term of endearment and right now I don't care if he's even on the team. The trade is his fault and he's not the answer for this team. Even if its not his fault, even if C-Webb was more injured than he let on, Predrag is still not the answer. There HAS to be some trade they could make just to get him off the team, he's been an oft injured team cancer this year. Even if he comes out and puts up the 24 and 6 on tight percentages that he did last year (which he won't without Vlade) he's still not the answer, he'll just choke in they playoffs IF WE MAKE IT!!! Plus, I didn't think it was possible, but now we have even less inside scoring then we did before we traded Webb... we're a team of jump shooters. I've always tried to have confidence in my team, even in the worst of times (and if you're a kings fan there has been a lot), but like George Costanza, "I'm losin it!!!!" The only thing that takes any sting out of this is that Webb was traded to Philly, which is one of THE FEW teams that I DON'T hate. I wish him nothing but luck, and if he wins the 'chip this year I'll try not to be bitter. Thanks for listening to my tangent, and I hope none of you feel as bad as I do, no kings fan deserves this.

no, all that stuff was already blamed on Webber.;)

Seriously, though, this trade has got to be more about Peja than about the players we actually picked up. Even the rise guys said that this is more of a trade of Webber for Peja than anything else because we got so little in exchange. We didn't get much in return, we didn't clear salary room, this is a clear cut decision to make Peja happy so he stays and can play without pouting. So, Peja's up to bat. I hope he's up to it.
