I hope we beat the Knicks, I've felt like a moron predicting 50 wins for the year. But if we beat the Knicks I just may have an ounce of hope for the season.
I could see them losing against the Knicks because of the time change and then Wednesday beating Toronto (They should be able to have a nice practice before the Toronto game). I could see them winning both games. I could see them losing both games. I have no idea.
The odd thing is that this is probably the most good defenders the Kings have ever assembled at once since moving to Sacramento but the numbers don't reflect it because the guys haven't learned Walton's system yet/Walton hasn't adjusted his system to his player's strengths.
Buddy isn't off to the best start, but he has scored 18+ in four of six games and 20+ in half the games. He is a hardworker, but needs to keep playing within himself. He's trying to expand his game, not always successfully.

So far this season he's averaging 16 points a game off of 16 shot attempts (horrible) and he's making 2.0 assists and 3.3 turnovers a game (horrible) and his defense has been very mediocre. In the Utah game he made 18 points off of 16 shot attempts (putrid) and had four turnovers and one assist (horrible). In particular, he played terribly in the closing minutes of the 4th quarter. He's got to step it up for the Kings to have a shot at getting back in the hunt.
