Houston has nothing to offer Milwaulkee to remotely tempt them, and from a merketing strategy standpoint anyway, Yao + Yi on the same team would not really be the smartest move. Duplicative, and one smotheres the other. To maximize the marketing etc. you would do better off with them on, and hopefully leading, separate teams.

In the perfect world, Yao and Yi would be in different conferences. Yi to Miami or Cleveland could be very interesting...

what vacant spot are you talking about? its not the starting pf spot, because luis scola is slated to make his nba debut this year, awaiting the buyout of his argentinian(?) contract.

He's not coming here. And frankly, he's not a particular need right now. We already have our project with Luis Scola who we're going to work on. We need a veteran PF, not a guy like Jianlian.

And we have nothing to trade anyway. Unless Milwaukee wants 10 guards, I really don't think they'll be interested. And frankly, its not in their interest to have him get overshadowed by Yao.

yeah i couldnt see yi and yao on the same team... maybe the bucks should trade him to atl... they need a sf and the hawks have several...
