Tmac's heroics have GOT to be some kind of record...

i hope that comes on ESPNCLASSIC one day so i can watch it...i missed it...

as a basketball fan you GOT to love that

AAHHH! Just when I thought that heartwrenching last second Horry 3 at the buzzer in game 4 was behind me !! Damn you NBA.com!! Why must you hurt me this way!! :p

Hm, they omitted Rex Chapman's shot to send the game in overtime against the Sonics. That was a miraculous one.

Unimportant only because the Sunds proceeded to lose that game in OT and the whole series. But that does not undermine the shot itself, it was much harder and better looking than the wide open shot that Horry made...

Imo, unimportant because it was Suns/Sonics - Rd 1. Dudley Bradley hit a tough shot in Rd 1 - Bullets/Sixers, 1986. Where's his props?

People only remember the prime time bombs by superstars or those that happen in notable series.

Of that list, Jerry West's shot is the most memorable followed by Sampson's.

Conspicuously absent were Heard's shot in the 76 Finals and MJ's shot in the 89 Cavs series.

i voted for Tmacs 13 points in 35 seconds. guess what infamous shot is on there, with an assist from vlade divac?
that game sticks in my craw! not because the spurs lost to the rockets, it's just one regular season game. but because it's become an nbatv commercial, it gets shown all the time.

and yes, that game became an instant classic, it's already been shown on csn. but the only classic part was the end.

surprise! i voted for sean elliot's memorial day miracle!

Tell me about it. I was watching somethign on FSN or ESPN last night, and that shot was there.

ARGH! I FREGGIN CALLED IT!!! Ask anyone sitting with me that night, they all remember me screaming "LET SHAQ HAVE IT!!! WHO'S GUARDING HORRY!?!?!?!" over and over again, until... well, that happened.

I think it was T-Mac's little performence as well. Only can be compaired to the Reggie 8 points in so many seconds.
