(Reuters) - Danny Granger's trade from the Indiana Pacers to the Philadelphia 76ers was the most significant on Thursday as big names rumored to be on the move went nowhere before the National Basketball Association's trade deadline. According to multiple media reports, the Sixers picked up Granger in exchange for Evan Turner and Lavoy Allen just before the trade window shut at 3 p.m. ET (2000 GMT), with other teams opting for roster tweaks rather than blockbuster deals. The 30-year-old Granger, an All-Star in 2009, has been hampered by injuries in recent years and missed most of last season after undergoing knee surgery and has lost his prominent role in Indianapolis with the emergence of Paul George.
