Free agency mega thread 2025 edition!

I admit to not watching him closely but thought the strike against him was on the defensive side. The "empty calories" jab I took to mean that as well. Puts up points and lets them go right back on the other side.

I just thought the interaction was more funny than anything else though. Don't recall a player telling Lowe to f himself before.

The difference is those guys are doubled to get ball out of there hands, Cam is doubled cause he's low IQ and prone to stupid decisions and to disrupt the only thing he does do well on the floor and the entire offense. I also wonder how many of those doubles come cause he's held or dribbled the air out of the ball and they send a double then to put even more pressure.

I was like "whoah those touches are low" so I looked it up and Cam only played 25 games last year which brings his 4 season average down to just under 54 games played/season. That is probably another reason Lowe is not high on his value as a FA.

Only to get fired months later this franchise is something else
Maybe it was him not using certain personnel or rejecting options management that presented lead to his firing. I don't really blame anyone if that's the case.

I do believe he earned his firing, had he not bullied his way into a premature extension I do think he'd have been given the grace of finishing out the season - which was quickly turning into a lost cause. Without the big winning streak after he was dismissed, we'd probably have kept our pick, and then he'd have been shown the door and nobody would have questioned any of it.
