Nobody has cap space, so they can basically only sign their own free agents. It seems that NBA teams have spent themselves into an interesting inflection point in the CBA, and it will be interesting to see where it goes from here.

I’m also curious to see if salaries start to level off a bit. The mid level exception is going to be 19 million dollars in 2031. Im wondering how sustainable that is

I like Walker to the Pistons. It’s interesting how quickly Atlanta went from a joke of a franchise (more short term not full history) to a media darling many project to be a top 4 seed.

And LaVine when healthy still plays like a star. Volume 6th man types are big time tanking in value lately.

And Clarkson’s buyout was only like 10 million dollars while Lavine’s would be something like 40 million dollars a year
