I haven't been keeping up on the college game so much...so I voted with my heart instead of head. Georgetown over Ohio and Florida over UCLA...because I would root for ANYONE to beat UCLA.

If draft rankings were based on today's performance ONLY, I don't think Greg Oden would be making any long-term NBA plans...

I voted for who I am rooting for, I think both games can go either way. I'm sure all the Kentucky talk isn't going to help Florida out. tOSU seems to play more inspired with Oden out (throughout the tournament) but I doubt it will impact his draft status much, the only thing that would do that would be someone unearthing a birth certificate showing him to be as old as he looks.

Nice move by Hibbert inside to get the hoop and draw the foul from Oden. He's raw and ungainly seeming but Hibbert isn't being schooled by Oden, which is kind of what I thought might happen...

When you don't have a vested interest in seeing either team win you can appreciate the NBA star-system of refereeing.

A: A bachelor party scheduled to begin just after tip off of the UCLA-Florida game. No wonder I've been hearing "we'll catch up with you a bit later" all week.

No, like Simmons says, he approaches the game in the same way as Parrish or Russel. Hopefully he's not destined to be a Celtic though. He's just not an expressive guy, which is fine. I think it lulls people to sleep too, then he unleashes something wicked, like that attempted dunk over Jeff Green.
