I met Omri and his father way back when he first came to the Kings. It was his first game at Arco and I was lucky to be included in a pre-game reception for him. I was impressed then with his character and was one of the first to buy his jersey. When he was traded away I put the jersey away. I was very happy to be able to bring it back out and hang it with #15, the only other active Kings player jersey I own(ed). I will miss him...and I wish him every success possible in New Orleans. I know he'll be there to support Boogie, and that makes me smile, too.
