Check out. It's pretty funny and interesting. Look at the side column with quotes by artest on certain topics. This one was pretty funny to me:

The Maloof brothers (Kings owners)
"The Maloofs wanted to visit me in Queensbridge earlier this year, and with no security. So I took them to my projects, inside the ghetto. ... At one point, they had to go to the bathroom, but there ain't no bathrooms in the ghetto. So they went into a pissy elevator, knocked on a random door, and went in someone's apartment. How many owners do that? That's crazy. I love those guys. I want to be in Sacramento forever."

That's freaking awesome! How many millionaires would go in a PISSY elevator and just use a random person's bathroom in the ghetto, of all places. Hey, when ya gotta go, ya gotta go, I guess.:D

Haha, thats funny stuff, im glad Artest really likes Sacramento and its people, i think thats a big problem with a lot of people that play/played for the Kings, they didnt have a true love for Sac, but i think Artest truely does.

Some of you need to get over this Laker thing. Yes, they're our rivals but to act as though the world will end if the team is simply mentioned is just silly.

I found these interesting...

"If I just focus on basketball, wow, I'd be so much better," Artest confesses. "I'd be a hell of a player."

So the guy has his hands in a few cookie jars. No big deal. I ask him about his top goal, his end-all moment.

"I'll put my feet on the table when I make a good album," Artest says.

"All I care about is for people to like my music, whether I sell 10,000 records or a million."

Cool. But you've got some sports goals, right?

"It'll take five or six years of training, but I want three or four pro boxing fights," he says. "And I want to play in the NFL for one or two years, for the love, not even for a check."

Sigh. Just so random. He really is a little kid. Tommorow he can join Shaq as a celebrity cop. In the wake of 9/11 it was probably a fireman. Harmless maybe, but Ron...basketball. Just one year, make it all about basketball. No distractions. No wackiness. Just ball.
