Draft Lottery and the Kings

So the draft lottery is coming up... as this season winds down; where will the Kings pick? What chances will they have at a top 3 lottery pick?

Right now, the Kings have more wins than 5 other NBA teams and are tied for 6th fewest with two other teams (Philidelphia and Detroit) so they will likely (should the season end today) pick 6th, 7th, or 8th and have a 4.5% chance of getting the #1 pick. That should be a high enough pick for the Kings to get a stud out of the draft... maybe not a stud center, but a stud.

So this will be interesting to watch the rest of the season; I can see the Kings winning more games as other teams decline... should be interesting to monitor as we close out the season; so I will update this thread from time to time.

top 3? I doubt it...remember, even if we got the worst record we'll get #4 pick.

So add 3 to where we stand among the losers and that's our pick.
