Lithuanians (and I am sure other European teams ) go through a really long and really hard training camp.As a lithuanian I would be upset any other year that he is missing the WC but not this year.The Lithuania team doesn't really have a shot to contend this year and Kings have a very important year coming up to keep the hype and good vibes going.Need him as fresh as possible

I hope Jokic does the same, although if he doesn't play Serbia has no chance I honestly rather see them select all the young guys and give them experience the veterans aside from Jokic are all going onto their 30's. Time to blood the new generation.

To me if your a 30+mins guy in the NBA you should not be playing FIBA/international ball good move by Sabonis.
