DMC's manager: "Be careful what you wish for"

The Pels future is as bright as their front office, which isn't very bright.

The Pistons kicked out their front office and let SVG run things.

TWolves may have a chance, but they're letting Sam Mitchell coach.

The Jazz may make the playoffs as an 8th seed. That may be that roster's peak. After multiple first round picks.

T Wolves and Pelicans have their star players so they are past the first stage of rebuilding....the other teams are treadmilling.

Not knowing the context of the tweets around the one Cousins' manager fired off, who knows? It may have nothing to do with the organization, team or city. It could simply be a tweet fired off directed at an individual or group of individuals who blame Cousins for all of the teams woes. Or those advocating his trade. Twitter was useful when the relocation saga was going on and during trading season but other than that, eff it.

Could you explain how Twitter was useful during the relocation saga?

A lot of people did check it to keep in the loop on things.

And IIRC, wasn't it a tweet from an agent's daughter that first let the cat out of the bag on the proposed sale to Seattle? :)

As VF21 said above, it was a way that me as a fan could keep informed. There was a lot of things put out on twitter that never made the news. I followed the "individuals" in Seattle just like I did the ones here. It gave me a perspective from their point of view.

Who is that aimed at fans? Organization? You publically berated your coach in front of the whole team and city, and by all accounts have been doing things like this for six years. A one game suspension is nothing. But of course Demarcus can never be at fault for anything, here is his posse demonstrating to him that he has his back. This has been the problem since day one, he has been surrounded by yes men and people too scared to truly challenge him.
Great post.

Here's an idea... Shut up and basketball..

There is no sports market easier on its players than Sacramento. Who cares what the "media" says-play the game!

Twitter was great for getting the latest updates during those good times.

Yes, you are correct about the tweet from Daina Falk.

Twitter was useful for the latest updates from the media and to read on Seattle as you mentioned. Those were good times.

This is getting old. Everyone trying to run boogie out of town from the media to a segment of fans who just don't get it. The vast majority do get it and then there's the organisation who can't take a trick to get us the solidity to gain consistency. Just another day. Glad the best big man in the nba is still on our books. Future HOFer and all.
