It's nice to see Williams building chemistry with Cuz and Gay.
Look at his numbers (he was putting up DMC's current numbers basically in his prime) and combine it with the fact he's been between a elite defender to above average his whole career and his efforts in containing LeBron to help the Mavs win a championship while basically his whole career playing on highly successful teams, Marion might be the most underrated SF of all time. To me that's hall of fame not top tier but to me easily lower tier.Really? Without question? I think he would be VERY questionable as a HOF candidate. Actually, I think Its very highly unlikely that he makes it to the HOF.

What do you guys think D-Wills ceiling is? I think he could be have a Gerald Wallace career which would not be bad by any means. D-Will needs to be more aggressive like he was tonight instead of lobbing up 3's. He also needs to cut more to the basket like he did tonight as well. IT and co did a good job of finding him and I think Malone player a huge role in that by designing plays for D-Will for once. It's become natural for them out there. It's great to see![]()
I think D-Will deserves more minutes than tonight. Or at least, the coach should have allowed him to finish off the fourth quarter and add to his tally which would boost his confidence even more.
Williams had his shoulder iced when he was on the bench in the fourth. He may be nursing a bit of an injury.
He hurt it when he was fouled by Jack.Williams had his shoulder iced when he was on the bench in the fourth. He may be nursing a bit of an injury.

He got smacked on one of the plays, remember? It appeared he was rubbing his elbow area. He went to the line after and missed the first. I like how he has been playing, more specifically using his size and speed to make strong moves to the hoop. High percentage shots when he comes in off the bench! The excitement factor alone from his dunks gives a good emotional boost to the rest of the guys!
That was immediately after he missed the dunk. I commented to my friend that I thought he had jammed his finger or shoulder or something because of how badly he missed that first FT.
How did you like the arena music? I never noticed it but it's something I see fans of other teams always mention. They think it's bad hehe.
They use the same soundtrack a lot of other arenas use.
Someone please tell me how is it that Stand Up and Shout from the largely ignored Rock Star (Ok, I have a soft spot for this movie in a so bad its great way) has found its way onto so many arena/stadium playlists. And I've even heard Promised Land from the even less noteworthy The Rocker.arena playlists are some of the most unimaginative atrocities in professional sports. no matter what arena it is (or what sport, for that matter), you can count on hearing a recycled combination of the same boring and overplayed mega hits from the last thirty years or so, mixed in with a few popular tunes from the current top 40. i've attended at least a couple of kings games in almost every season for the last decade, and the playlist has hardly budged in that time. i mean, i understand the impulse towards conservatism and familiarity, but can they not hire a soundsystem director with any depth of interest in music at all? or are there just league-wide rules that mandate canned riffs and clap tracks? the kings' broadcast team at least occasionally scores points for originality as they cut to commercial break, playing snippets of songs like "Elephant" by Tame Impala and "Midnight City" by M83. why can't the in-house selection of music be a tad more adventurous, as well?
