The Suns play the Kobe's in LA tonight. A Suns loss will help the Kings move a half game closer to them, but that actualy means rooting FOR LA ... God I hate these moments.

it's just a half-game if the Suns lose, and we'll pass them out anyway, so root for the Lakers recieving a massive blow-out.

I am hoping for a Suns win regardless of a 1/2 game in the division race at this point in the season. It is almost worthless to the Kings who will probably take first anyway (once teams figure out how to play the new-look Suns) and the Lakers, in the age of Kobe (regardless of how arrogant he is, he will still only ever be the second best player on the Lakers championship teams, a footnote)? I want only bad things for the Lakers. I wish Vlade wasn't wearing the fool's gold this year, but he wanted the two-year deal and extra cash... he gets what he gets I guess. Shame though. If he had stayed in Sacramento, he could have rode into town on a donkey and Kings fans would have laid down palm fronds. Seriously, he could have built himself a giant throne and worn a crown in public and the Kings fans would not think a thing of it. He could have been King of Sacramento! He could have annual arm-wrestling matches with the governator! It's a shame he's gone. I hope he returns to Sac as a coach one day.

Love that game! Lakers blow a 10 point lead to loose a close game. I NEVER thought I'd see the day where the Lakers would give up leads and blow clsoe games. There may well be a God

Watching the lakers blow a 107-94 lead was excellent, especially seeing "Mr. Clutch" Bryant miss a huge free throw, and the potential game-tying three at the buzzer. Definitely brought a smile to my face.

Then, I realized that the Suns just furthered their lead on the Kings, and that the Lakers are 2nd to last in the division (behind, yes, the Clippers). That made it bittersweet.

But then I remembered Kobe's face walking off the court dejected, and I got happy again. It really was a win-win situation tonight!

"Mr. Clutch" Bryant hasn't been all that clutch this entire season (at least 17 games into it), and he doesn't have a 7"1" 340 lbs to take the some of the pressure off him and give him the required rest. And now Malone is probably not coming back either so I think it is safe to say we will see more of these type of games from the LA Bryants. Tonight's game was bitter sweet, but leaning more towards sweet with the fashion in which it ended.

Ok, so it's more like rooting against the 49ers, a long storied franchise that is self-destructing. Why do we have to take an active role? Why can't we just sit on the porch in a lawn chair, crack open a beer and watch the sun set on the franchise, enjoying the moment?

Hey, watch out! I happen to be very devoted to the 49ers - through thick and thin! They'll outlast this train-wreck with John York at the throttle.
