Those were not my favorites from either original lists. Hmmmmm!

Tough, but in my humble opinion:

Sultans of Swing < American Pie (both good songs, but I can't pass up the story telling or the allegory of American Pie)
Roadhouse Blues > Tiny Dancer (I like them both, but prefer Roadhouse blues, because come on, it's the Doors)
Here I Go Again < Take on Me (Don't know the first one, and the second one is ok, so I went with it)
Walk Like An Egyptian ??? Eternal Flame (I know Walk Like an Eqyptian, and don't really like it, so, I doubt I'd like Eternal Flame either, it's a wash)
Tears In Heaven > One (I never bought into the U2 hype, and while Tears In Heaven is still one of my least favorite Clapton songs, it's better than any U2 song I've heard)
Turn The Page < Iris (If this were the Seger version of Turn The Page, it would easily win, but I don't like the Metallica version much, and I really like Iris, so...)

Tough choice...I liked both lists. The Goo Goo Dolls almost chased me away, but Jerryaki's list just had too many good ones for me to overlook.
