as a person who has multiple eye issues surgeries and injections, I can somewhat commiserate. I hope his surgery goes well, there is a real possibility he will have decreased vision in that eye which hopefully doesn't affect his game.

If Hunter was having the iritis due to blunt trauma, those doctors should had dilated him right away to rule out a detached retina.

Depending on where the retinal detachment is in his eye and if it’s affecting his central vision, there is possibility of decreased vision and possibly even loss of vision in that eye.
