The worst part is the humidity... I can tolerate 110 degrees if it is dry, but the humity makes it just horrid.

Try going back east during the summer. I was in PA in '95 and it was over 95 - both temp and relative humidity. It can get 110 here and it is still nothing like it was back there, as long as you protect your skin from the sun.

I'll take this any day over the weather back east.

Current temp from weather.com is 92, they are always a couple degrees cool I think. But, the humidity is 35%, it's pretty dry. I love hot days out on the river. I spent all day on the river on my friends boat form 11:30am-9pm on Saturday.

IM trying to cook eggs on the roof of my car by putting tin foil on the top and setting my eggs there :)

it's freaking HOT here in ashland. it was 100 today

this is such a difference from last summer when i was living in san francisco. i needed to bundle up when i went outside!

I drove through Southern Oregon to Eugene today, and I can't recall another time when the temp. never dropped below 100 for an entire trip through Oregon. I hate it...it's unnatural.

By the way, you live in one of my favorite towns on the planet. Jealous!

my ex bf visited ashland years ago. he still raves about it. i've never been.

Yesterday (Monday) it rained here in Fresno but the rain NEVER HIT THE GROUND! 100% humidity... it's like New Orlines with out the food... or the music... or the bars... Ok it's just swamp weather.

Yes this is not humid, I lived off Lake Mich my entire childhood life... 90 - 95 degree summers humidity from hell.

That said I have been here in CA about 15 years and this is DAN&IOU hot!!! I am not sure why I subject myself to this, Idaho seems better everyday.

I hate the heat / humid / dry hate it!

Hey supposed to cool down this weekend. Well for the Sactown folks. We are about 2-5 degrees higher in the YC

I'm married with a 3-month old kid...don't need much excitement anymore. I just love the town. Great food, great wine, great atmosphere, great people...and I love the festival.

Thanks for the food tip...I don't go there very often, but I love to try new restaurants. I guess I'll just go in there and shout, "Evenstar!" That should get your attention, eh? ;)
